The "come and try rules" for clubs.                    Commencing 1st July 2009.

$500 is available to clubs as a one off rebate for the purpose of attracting new members.

This is to be spent on a model aircraft and/or equipment suitable for instructing a beginner.

The club must show how it intends to advertise for participants, produce invoices for the model and equipment purchased and it's goals.

Briefly describe reasons for the need to attract more members.

It is suggested that the model and equipment be used and kept as a club trainer if numerous events are held.

Alternately the model could be raffled off as a means of attracting more interest.

A form for this purpose (004) is available under “FORMS” and must include invoices and any other material relevant to the application.

At the conclusion of these events please write a brief description of the outcome and post or email to the Treasurer.

The underlying theme for these events, is to grow the membership.

Before planning an event  please consult with the Treasurer as this may save time and questions at a later date.

Pilots safety enclosure

$500 is available to clubs as a one off rebate towards the cost of erecting a pilots safety enclosure.

This is a worthwhile project and can vastly improve safety at clubs.

Before planning your enclosure  please consult with the Treasurer as this may save time and questions at a later date.
